Shipping
We ship across India. Orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days and typically arrive in 4–7 working days depending on your location. Shipping is free on all orders; you will receive a tracking link by email and SMS as soon as your parcel leaves us.
Returns & exchanges
Not quite right? You can request a return or size exchange within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in their original packaging. Once we receive and check the item, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Please note that made-to-order pieces and items marked final sale cannot be returned. To start a return, write to kavnikaenterprises@gmail.com with your order number.
